Welcome!

Dear Friends and Loved Ones -

With all that is happening to us globally, whether economic, physical, spiritual, or by natural disasters created by the earth as she moves and evolves as we do…it has been difficult in some form or another for most of us.  Every human being has been touched deeply in the past few months and many of us have been brought to our knees.

And what has all of this brought us face-to-face with?  Our own FEARS.  Doesn’t it seem that everything we ever feared is coming true?  So now that our fears have been realized…where do we go from here?  Through the doorway into a new tomorrow where we are no longer bound by them.  Now we are free to live LIFE without Limits.  Now we are free to become who we dreamed to be but never had the self confidence to become.  God or our Higher Power has not left us…but has stepped back so we can fly on our own…so we can see what we can and will become.

And how do we survive for the next few months as the earth and we humans upon it continue to shake things up?  BE LIKE THE WATER.  Go with the flow.  Surrender to all that is happening around you.  Take a few minutes in your busy day to focus on your BREATH.  Inside of it, you will feel the butterflies of stress dissipate; and in their place will remain a warmth and sense of hope and security.

When everything around you is being pulled out from under you and the life you have created is shape-shifting, the BREATH is what you are left with. Trust me.  If you spend time with it, it will become your companion through these trying times.  It will calm you down, soothe you, and never leave you.

Welcome to these times when we are being asked to create our lives consciously – with meaning and with purpose.  And remember that the only purpose for our existence is to KNOW OUR SELVES.  All else will follow once you know your own self intimately.

So what are you creating at this time and do you love yourself enough to give you what you deserve?

- Espavo, Gail Michael

“Looking Into the Eyes of the Snake, Facing Immortality At Fifty”
“Looking Into the Eyes of the Snake” is a personal account of Gail’s journey through her mid-life crisis and how it changed her life.  She knew that if she didn’t follow the calling of her soul, she’d be lost forever.  She finally accepted it with no judgment and found the keys to balance in mind, body, and spirit along the way.

Sometimes, we go through life with a veil pulled down over our eyes.  We think we know who we are going to be when we grow up, what we will do, what kind of man or woman we will marry, how many children we will have and how they will turn out, what tangible assets we will amass in our lifetimes, and how we will die.
